We had a wonderful stay on Christmas Eve. The room was basic, but absolutely spotless, which alone earns it a full 100/100 from me. There was also a lovely view of the historic center and the church. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommend this B&B.

The room had a comfortable, spacious bed, white interiors, and insulated windows that kept the noise out, even though the historic center is busy at all hours. It was clean and simple, with a lovely sunrise view over the central square. The one small issue was the toilet directly beneath the sink, which could be awkward for someone with a slightly larger head. Breakfast was included and available at the adjoining Caffè Napoli, where the croissant and cappuccino were very good. Mr. Paolo and his partners/collaborators were all extremely kind when I arrived after serious problems at my previous B&B. I highly recommend staying here, and would return if I get the chance.

I was in Monopoli on a work trip, and someone else chose this place for me. Honestly, it’s a very good spot to sleep, right in the middle of Monopoli’s historic center. The rooms are exceptionally clean. For holidaymakers, restaurants, a beach, and the city’s sights are all just steps away. My four stars are because summer evenings can get pretty noisy, with music and people at the restaurants.

We were pleasantly surprised to come back to a warm room after a cold April night, thanks to the radiators working perfectly throughout the building. It’s a little gem in the heart of beautiful Monopoli, just steps from the port and surrounded by lots of local eateries. The manager was professional, generous, and very helpful.
