A charming, very modern residence with a fabulous terrace and private parking, something that's hard to find in Monopoli. It's close to the town center and the beaches, and has everything you could ask for. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely return.

The terrace was my favorite part, with a gazebo and loungers for sunbathing, relaxing, or having an aperitif. There are also two small balconies. Inside, the tastefully finished modern apartment has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a kitchen, a living room, one double bedroom, and a twin room with one bed and one bunk bed. The bathroom has a large, comfortable shower. Everything was impeccably clean, and parking right out front was easy. The location is a good base for visiting the area, and the beach is a 10-minute walk away. Raffaele was very kind and available for anything. The welcome prosecco was a real treat. Absolutely recommended. Thanks!

A tidy, clean place with competent, very kind staff. I'll keep it in mind for the future.
