I can’t comment on the hotel, but the pinsa was the worst I’ve had in Italy. I spent the last year travelling around southern Italy and haven’t had worse Pinsa or pizza. The tomato sauce tasted like raw ketchup, the “buffala” seemed more like analogue cheese, and the dough was like Swedish cracker bread. The restaurant atmosphere was just as bad. The interior was tasteless, like a childish cupcake shop, and there were screaming kids at every table. Sorry to the good-looking cupcake places out there. The service team was ignorant and wouldn’t listen to feedback. We paid 90€ for five pizzas, two beers and a glass of wine, an eyebrow-raising price in South Italy, where you’d normally eat incredible food for less than half that. Grazie mille, never again.

What a disappointment. The place looks good in the pictures, but the food had nothing to do with good cooking. They served me beef that was impossible to chew, and even after I complained, I still had to pay for it.

The pinsa came cold and cost far too much, 90€ for five pinsa and drinks. The ingredients tasted like plastic, and the restaurant decor was tasteless. Worst restaurant experience I had in southern Italy. I wouldn’t recommend it.

One of the most beautiful places in South Italia. I’d recommend it for families with little kids and for couples still in love 😃
