A stay at “Golden Suites 2” makes a simple trip to Monopoli feel surprisingly sophisticated. The highlight is the “Rubino” suite, with a beautiful tub in the bedroom and a spacious bathroom where a large shower is separated from it by glass. Both spaces feature a striking wall of dark marble with white veining. The big window opens onto a generous veranda, and the furnishings and fabrics look even better in person than they do in the booking photos. The whole setting gives you an immediate break from everyday life. Access is independent, so you can enjoy your privacy without needing to meet the host. Still, the host is extremely kind and sends all the instructions you need through WhatsApp without ever intruding. Seeing it for yourself is believing.

It’s worth every penny. The place is beautiful, with modern, high-quality furnishings, and it feels like new. The location is right in the center.
