Antonio was kind and helpful, and the apartment itself was cute, clean, and comfortable. The location is perfect for staying in Monopoli. I’d definitely come back.

We had to cancel late because of flight issues. The owner was very helpful and didn’t charge us a fee, even though he was fully entitled to.

Staying here felt like experiencing life as a local and becoming part of this wonderful city. The apartment is right in the heart of monopoli, brand new, and close to restaurants, attractions, the beach, and nearby street parking. The facilities are great, with a spacious bedroom, large bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen. Antonio, the owner, was extremely friendly and welcomed us warmly throughout. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and the charming city of monopoli as a base for exploring the area. We had unforgettable days.

Just off Piazza Garibaldi, in a quiet little street in Monopoli’s historic center, La Dimora dei Sorrisi really does bring a smile. It’s new, exceptionally clean, well cared for, and furnished with taste while still being practical. I had a wonderful stay in the spacious first-floor room, which you reach by climbing about a dozen steps. It had air conditioning, a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hairdryer, and a small table with two chairs for breakfast or a snack. Antonio was always there to help. I’m glad to recommend this “home”!
