The owner was welcoming and happy to help, and had texted us directions ahead of time so he could be there when we arrived at 1pm. The bed was firm memory foam but comfortable, and we could use a washing machine. Everything was clean, and the room had a stylish, understated modern look. I don’t agree with the other review. This was a perfect place to stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Monopoli.

The studio is small, modern and comfortable, and the location is good. The bed and shower were both comfortable. Still, the owner was unfriendly and we didn’t feel welcome. Check-in was also later than the website said, and our room wasn’t ready at the agreed time.

Right in the heart of the old town, the apartment made a lovely base for a relaxing city break. It’s beautifully and modernly furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer and air conditioning. I’d gladly stay again. Parking just south of the old town, by the white markings, is free if you look around a bit. We didn’t find that a big problem.

We had a lovely holiday atmosphere even in February :) The owner was friendly, and the interior was beautiful and comfortable. The location is fantastic.
