Masseria Torrepietra

The evening became unforgettable thanks to Alessandro. He was warm, professional, and clearly passionate about his work, always there at the right moment and somehow anticipating what we needed. His knowledge of the menu and wines made us feel well looked after, and he has a way of making your table feel special while bringing joy to the whole dining room. He created memories for us, not just a dinner. The food was exceptional too: fresh local ingredients, beautifully presented and full of flavor, with traditional recipes and creative touches. The wine pairings worked beautifully with each course. If you're visiting Puglia, Masseria Torrepietre is a must, and having Alessandro guide your evening would make it an experience you'll never forget.

The dining space is beautiful, with wonderful staff, excellent food, and even better presentation and service. The white buildings, trees, succulents, and creepers all fit together in a lovely theme. Outside, there are olive trees said to be 1,000 years old or more, carefully looked after. There’s lots of room for functions, and it has won awards for best weddings for many years in a row. A pool, bar, and small cafe are handy too. Be sure to try their coffees.

We only spent one night at this beautiful hotel, but the experience was perfect and we had the best time. Alessandro, Valentina & Elianna were wonderful people. They helped us plan birthdays for our friends and organize trips and transport, and their patience, kindness, and care make us want to come back. Beautiful hotel, beautiful people.

It was my first time staying at a Masseria, and I can see why it's worth it. Such beautiful, peaceful grounds and a great staff. Sadly we only had one night before heading home, but I'd love to stay a couple more nights next time and come back in the future.
