For €90 a night we got a really roomy place with two separate double beds, one up on a mezzanine, plus a little balcony. The host was 45 minutes late to check us in, though we managed to get settled and find some food while we waited. I’d been a bit concerned after seeing Google reviews, but we ended up having a great stay. The place is a little old-fashioned, yet the location right in Monopoli’s pedestrian-only city center is excellent, and the value for the price is hard to beat.

The apartment had lots of room, and Anna made check-in friendly and easy. Shops and restaurants are right outside, but it was still quiet. Sadly, the beds were really uncomfortable.

The town is lovely, but this place was a bad experience. The furniture was broken, there was no Wi-Fi, and even the lock was broken, so we couldn't close the door. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Find somewhere else.

The location is good, but the toilet hasn't been updated and the air conditioning isn't powerful enough for summer.

We agreed on a price after I contacted the property about booking for four families. I then asked for the details needed to pay the deposit, but they sent only some of the information. When I politely asked for the rest, they said they didn't want to provide the user code. That left me with a very negative impression. Communication was terrible, and the lack of transparency and organization felt extremely unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this property. They could leave you without answers or a solution at the last minute, and the customer service was nonexistent.
