We used the hotel's free shuttle to the beach club and would highly recommend it. The hotel is right in the heart of the historic town, just a short walk from lots of restaurants and cafes, and about 15 minutes on foot from the metro. Our room had a garden terrace where it was lovely to sit in the evening and listen to live music in the square. The rooms were massive and very clean, the staff really helpful, and the location couldn't be better. We stayed three nights for the first time and would definitely come back.

We arrived at 6pm without anywhere to stay because of a booking.com scam. The people there did everything they could to welcome us right away, and five minutes later we were no longer homeless. We ended up extending our stay twice. Breakfast was delicious too. Thank you so much!

We stayed one night in March at this lovely boutique hotel in central Monopoli. The rooms were comfortable, and breakfast was tasty. The staff were friendly and very helpful, ready to offer us the best rate and experience. A good choice if you're planning to visit the Puglia region.

The receptionists were the best, very friendly and responsive. The hotel is modern and sits on a nice square with a fountain that gives it a very Italian feel. There were a few things I didn't like, though. Conversations in the plaza came straight through the window frame, as if they were happening in the room. We only went to breakfast once in several days because the ladies there were unfriendly and got angry when we sat at a table they said wasn't for breakfast. The breakfast itself was very poor. Also, we visited a chocolate fair near the hotel and bought €100 worth of chocolate. Ants got into it during the night, and everything was covered in ants when we woke up.

Mr. Franco at the front desk was amazing, super helpful, and fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian. Our rooms were modern, very clean, and well located. Breakfast had a great selection and was included during our stay. They had a baby crib ready for our arrival, and baby-feeding chairs at the restaurant. The food was amazing too.
