It was better than I expected.

We were three families with eight children, and everyone found room to enjoy themselves, the kids outdoors and the adults with places to chat, read, or work. The house has everything you could want and sits in a convenient spot. The weather was lovely, and the children even got to swim in the pool. Set among the olive groves in the Monsummano hills, it's a wonderful place, and the owners are wonderful people.

We were three families with six children aged 3 to 8, and the villa suited us beautifully. It's charming, recently renovated, and furnished with care, with a lovely view. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms elegant and brand new, and the kitchen, dining room, and living room are all beautiful. Two fireplaces give the place a cozy feel, and we used the BBQ to cook excellent meat bought nearby. Wi-Fi, TV, dishwasher, hairdryer, and the other amenities all worked perfectly. Even the pellet boiler kept the whole house warm, above 20°C in every room throughout our December stay. With six children, that mattered. We topped up the boiler with about 30 kg of pellets every 8-9 hours, a job that took around 30 seconds. Olga deserves just as much praise as the villa. She was friendly, hospitable, quick to reply by phone, email, text, and WhatsApp, and very helpful with directions and tips about activities for children, restaurants, butchers, and more. She and her mother were so kind, and it was a pleasure meeting them. We hope to come back in summer and enjoy the pool.

The rooms and other spaces feel welcoming, and so do the hosts. The house is well maintained, with lovely, high-quality touches, including some rarer ones like the piano. There's also a pool, terrace, barbecue, and verandas. The Tuscan hills are right there in full view, and the slope gets sun from morning through evening, perfect for sunbathing. I won't say much about the food or I'd be heading back right now. A lovely choice for a short or long stay among the beautiful Tuscan hills.
