There’s a lovely garden and terrace where we enjoyed spending the evenings, and the house has a beautiful, romantic interior. The hosts were very nice, breakfast was delicious each morning, and the rooms were cleaned every day. It’s also a great base for getting around, with Pisa, Florence, and Lucca easy to reach.

The owner was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good. The rooms are in a large villa with a big garden, there’s free parking, and lots of restaurants nearby. I stayed just one night, but I’d happily recommend it for a longer visit too.

Fiorella was very kind and attentive, always ready to help with what we needed. The quiet location was still convenient for reaching the main attractions. Our family had a wonderful stay: the property was beautifully kept and very clean, and the welcoming rooms worked well for us and the children. Breakfast was generous and good quality, with care given to the details. We highly recommend it.

We felt at home here. Fiorella is a lovely owner, and her adorable dog made the place even sweeter. Lonna looked after our room and kept us company over breakfast. Our superior room was fantastic and cleaned every day. The Italian breakfasts were delicious. I don’t usually go for sweets, but the owner made sure there was a varied menu. On the day we left early, there was a nice surprise: snacks prepared for the journey. Thank you for such a lovely stay and wonderful vacation. ❤️

We were able to bring our dachshund, which was a great bonus. The air conditioning also came in very handy during the hottest week of the year. Breakfast was hearty and served on a pleasant porch, where we could enjoy the fresh morning air. We were looked after from arrival to departure, even on our short break. There’s free Wi-Fi and parking. The spot is quiet, a couple of kilometers from the highway exit and even nearer to the train station. A pharmacy, tobacconist, mini market, restaurants, pizzerias, and several well-stocked shops are all within walking distance. Highly recommended.
