10/10
This is a peaceful, secluded location, with a lovely sunset from the apartment and rolling hills that are impressive, though you get used to the scenery pretty quickly. A small supermarket and two restaurants are within 100 meters. The tradeoff is the distance to tourist spots, which takes 30-60 minutes. The Italian-style apartment is stunning, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Tony and Beautrice gave us useful tips about the area, including activities and where to park. They could also provide a hard copy of the directions, which was no problem.

The apartments were immaculate and had everything we needed. The property itself is fantastic, with beautiful views over the Tuscan hills and a central position that makes it a great base for exploring Tuscany. Toni, Beatrice, and Vasco were wonderful hosts who made the place feel welcoming and family-like.

The setting is lovely, the apartments are beautiful, and the staff are helpful. My only complaint is the bathroom fixtures: the 25-inch shower feels too small, even though a standard shower would fit just fine.
