We’re already planning our third trip for August 2025, this time for 15 days. It’s a great base in Tuscany, with most places in the region about an hour’s drive away. Laura has been so helpful with local tips and makes us feel like family. Her sister is lovely too, and we enjoy their father’s music. This is our favorite place in all of Italy, and I can’t say enough good things about it.

Laura really made our trip. She sent us pages of useful WhatsApp information about restaurants, local sights, and heading north to Pisa, Florence, and Livorno. When we got a flat tyre on day three, she arranged for local mechanic S Peddrone to collect it and fix it within ten minutes. He was a real gentleman and gave great service. Casa Vacanze Santa Maria has lovely buildings and a nice swimming pool, with a couple of good restaurants within walking distance. We had a brilliant break, highly recommend staying here, and hope to visit again.

A lovely apartment for a small family getaway, right in the heart of Tuscany. The owners are friendly and quick to take care of anything that needs attention.

A really great holiday spot, with good apartments, friendly staff, and a clean, pleasant pool area. Evenings are quiet, and the location is very central in Toscana.
