We felt very well looked after, and the surroundings were quiet and relaxing. Margherita was attentive and had equipped the house with everything needed for an easy, pleasant holiday. She shared helpful tips and was always available when we had questions. We rented both apartments, which are spacious enough to sleep more than eight comfortably. The shared room with a billiards table was a popular and valuable extra. The house is well maintained and tastefully furnished, and the welcome pack included breakfast items and drinks. We got detailed instructions on WhatsApp in advance, so we had no unanswered questions about the home. Happy.Rentals also kept in touch throughout our stay and made sure we were doing well. We wish Margherita continued success and enjoyment with her lovely property.

The two-unit layout worked really well for our group, giving us some independence along with shared spaces. The games room was a real bonus, and Margherita and Happy Rentals were always on hand to answer questions. Margherita was welcoming and quick to respond, and we got a welcome pack with food and drinks for breakfast. It’s a beautiful house in a great spot for visiting Tuscany’s many sights.

The house sits in the middle of nature, with breathtaking mountain views. It’s about half an hour from several medieval towns and an hour from Florence, Siena, and the Leaning Tower of Pisa.
