A really cozy place, and the two brothers who run it were kind and helpful. Just be aware that sheets and towels cost 6 ero per person and aren’t included in the price. Gas for heating, the radiators and shower hot water, is extra too. After a week it could come to around the 150 ero deposit, so remember to turn the heat off when you go out.

The owners were so kind and helpful, and the house was both beautiful and practical, with everything we needed. It’s also close to lots of lovely villages. A great experience.

We had a pleasant stay, especially for the competitive price, though there were a few problems. The farmhouse is lovely and peaceful, surrounded by nature, with a large green area that was nice even on a pleasant autumn day. There are enough bedrooms and bathrooms for a big group like ours. The place is split into two sections, though, which made it less convenient to have breakfast or drinks together after dinner. Renting the whole complex gives you two separate living spaces; one has a well-equipped kitchen with lots of accessories, and the main table is wonderful. There are far too many unnecessary trinkets around. They get in the way and collect so much dust that cleaning is difficult. There are plenty of bathrooms, but they’re dated and need at least a basic renovation, especially the faucets and drains. Guests shouldn’t have to be told to watch out for a stuck float. It just needs replacing.

The owner was such a lovely, helpful person, and the pool was perfect. The six of us had a relaxed weekend together, having fun in a simple way. The place is welcoming and clean, tucked into the Tuscan hills. We’d recommend it to anyone wanting a break from city stress. Enrica, Valerio, Fabio, Teresa, Federica, and Leonardo
