We had a really nice holiday here. The roof terrace has a phenomenal view, and there are good hiking routes nearby. The house itself is lovely and well suited to families with children. Just be aware that there aren't any shops within walking distance. The nearest Coop, butcher, and other shops are 5 km away in Montaione; Lidl and the nearest Multimarket are 15 km away.

We got a lot of tips for shops, places to visit, and restaurants when we arrived. The villa is spacious, clean, tidy, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking, and they provided wood for the stove on cold days. The pool was always clean, with the owner coming by early each day to clean it, usually before guests were up, so we hardly noticed. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and make hospitality a priority. When our car broke down on the way there, we urgently needed a garage to fix it during our stay in San Vivaldo. Even though it was the weekend, the Bini family used personal contacts to arrange an appointment at a trustworthy garage and recommended a nearby rental car company. Both places were able to help, and we still had a lovely time in Tuscany. Many heartfelt thanks again for that 🙏🏻👍🏻 All in all, we can highly recommend the accommodation, and we'd gladly come back ourselves.
