Agrimare I Pavoni

Montalto di Castro is only a few minutes away for supermarkets and shops, and Le Murelle beach is about a five-minute drive. There’s paid parking at the “Le Murelle” beach club, plus another lot 100 meters away for €3 a day. Walking is possible too, though in really hot weather you might arrive at the beach completely melted. 🤣 It’s a very long beach, with one area set aside for dog owners. Back at the property, the Magnolia apartment was lovely, clean, and welcoming, with air conditioning in both the dining room and bedroom. There’s a big private patio for eating outside, and the pool is fantastic and very quiet. It also has two showers where you can wash with shower gel.

Maria and Paolo here. We especially appreciated how Maria Vittoria welcomed us, and her kindness, generosity, and readiness to help made the stay even nicer. The farmhouse sits among fields, with the sea a 10-minute walk away. The apartments have all the comforts and are set in a beautifully tended garden full of lovely trees and flowers. The pool looks breathtaking in every light, surrounded by olive trees and fragrant rosemary. The whole place has such a peaceful feel.

We found it well suited to a quiet break with children. The house has all the comforts, and the clean pool also has a smaller section for kids. It’s a peaceful property close to the sea, and the owner was kind and helpful. They even gave us some of their own products. I’d definitely recommend it for a calm family holiday.

I Pavoni made a lovely base for exploring nearby, while still giving us plenty of peace and relaxation. The family-run place feels generous and thoughtful, with attention to the little details. The apartments and shared spaces were clean and cared for, and even the garden was well maintained. The grounds and fabulous pool made it especially restful.
