Avoid this place. I won't stay here again and can't recommend it. We paid for a room, but because the reservations were mixed up, we ended up with a sofa bed in what I think is called a basement in English. Getting around was difficult, and the e-bikes cost €30 a day. Breakfast was poor, and there weren't any restaurants nearby. One room had no soap, and in another we found women's underwear near the couch. All the keys were bent out of shape and hard to use. For the same money, I'm sure you can find somewhere to rest better.

Breakfast was the one good part of our stay. Of the two managers, one was very nice, while the other seemed angry all the time and spoke badly about other guests behind their backs. The pool water turned green at one point, with clear maintenance problems. In the bathroom, insects were everywhere, and there wasn't even a basic mosquito net. We had to leave early because it became unusable. I won't attach photos out of decency. The accommodation was uncomfortable. Mine had no TV despite being advertised with one, the fridge had no freezer, and there was no pantry, balcony, or living area. The bed was uncomfortable, and the extra camp bed had a very thin foam mattress and a dangerous metal frame with protrusions that kept tearing the sheets. There wasn't space for a drying rack, so I remember beach towels hanging over the kitchen chairs. We had to buy toilet paper, and the bathroom was outdated. We stayed a while ago, but it remains my worst experience at a place near the sea. I hoped it had closed. Never again.

Good local food, and a convenient base for visiting the sea and art cities. We stopped briefly before another holiday in Viterbo, where friends were hosting us. Excellent!

Federica, the owner, was incredibly kind. The place is beautiful and surrounded by greenery, with a fantastic, clean pool. Breakfast was plentiful and included local produce. Thank you, we'll definitely return.
