A great farm stay in Toscana, agrotourism at its best.

Such a warm, lovely place out in nature. I only stayed one night, but the owner was super nice and the value for money was great.

Five stars, though I’d give more if I could 🥰. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, and the location is stunning, surrounded by nature with a sea view. We booked a room for four and were delighted to find a wonderful partly covered terrace. We slept really well. The pillows were comfortable, and the mattress was fairly firm, just how I like it. Everything was clean, with linens and towels provided. Breakfast was set out in the living room and kitchen: cakes, biscuits, cereal and toast, plus juice and milk in the fridge and a hotel-standard coffee machine. Dogs are welcome, and they pay great attention to recycling and saving energy. Highly recommended 👍👍👍

Our holiday was ruined. When we arrived, even though Mr. Giulio knew we were coming early, he sent us away right off. There wasn’t a reception room for him to welcome us in. When we came back, he wasn’t there and hadn’t explained breakfast, the area, or whether there was a password for internet access, so we had to figure things out ourselves. The room was a small attic, with mattresses only a few centimeters thick. It was unbelievably hot, with no terrace or balcony, just a fan full of mites. Mr. Giulio justified this by saying it was his naturalist choice, but his own apartment does have a condominium. We told him about the problems, but he ignored us. In my view, he made it look as though he’d given us a double room for single use. He knows about this and plays on it. There was no wardrobe, no bidet in the bathroom and the shower was broken. I suspect there’s just one room like this, and we were the unlucky ones.
