The room itself was clean, and the sheets were very clean too. There were only two small bottles of water in the fridge, though, and the air conditioning was old. We paid €110 for the room even though a lower price was displayed. Behind the bedroom door, I found a sheet stuck to the wall showing €90. It was noisy, and to reach the rooms we had to walk past everyone eating outside on the terrace. The terrace is right before the rooms and reception, so there's no avoiding it. I didn't like that at all. Breakfast was 5/10, and the cappuccino wasn't good. There were a lot of diners, so I imagine the food may be good.

The food is excellent, the staff are nice, and the prices are fair. They focus on seafood, using fresh, simple ingredients. The setting isn't the best in Tuscany, since it's on a road, but it's close to the ss1 (Aurelia), so it could work well for a quick stop while traveling without much time pressure.

I didn't eat dinner, though the menu looked impressive. Breakfast was pretty limited and could use some improvement, and there wasn't any decaf tea or coffee.

Good value for the price. The air conditioning worked, the beds were okay, and breakfast was fine, the usual Italian kind. They also have a great restaurant in the evening that's well worth going to for dinner.
