The rooftop restaurant was the highlight of my stay at A Point Porto Ercole Resort & Spa. The food was among the best I had during my 10-day trip around Italy, and I ate plenty of amazing meals. The flavors were out of this world. I especially recommend the Misticanza con mais e olive taggiasche appetizer and the Pralina di nocciola affogata allo zabaione di marsala invecchiato dessert. I loved the dessert so much I ordered it twice. Breakfast was excellent too, with a great range of fresh choices and eggs cooked just how you like them. Most of all, the staff made me feel welcome and cared for. Everyone seemed to want me to have a wonderful stay, and I felt valued, almost spoiled. Sometimes that is just what you deserve. This was a memorable experience, and I can't recommend it enough. Thank you so much!

The rooftop pool is a must, and the facilities are excellent. Our room was spacious and clean, the staff were professional and friendly, and the food was very good. There was a big selection at the breakfast buffet. I highly recommend A-Point Porto Ercole.

We visited in the off season, so the hotel was much quieter, and had a wonderful stay. Alessia gave us great service and helpful suggestions for sights and restaurants. We'd gladly come back in summer to enjoy this beautiful part of Italy, and would highly recommend the hotel.

We left after one night, though we'd considered staying a couple of days. I had clearly told the hotel I needed a wheelchair accessible room, confirmed it when booking, and checked again a couple of days before our flight. On arrival, we were told there were no accessible rooms. After the long trip from San Francisco and the drive here, I really needed a shower, but the shower entrance was too narrow for me to get in. My wife was looking forward to the spa the next morning, only to find it unavailable because the person running it had decided not to come in that day. At breakfast we were one of only two couples, but the staff were extremely slow, and the language barrier made things difficult. We checked out and left it behind.

It's still a nice, quality hotel, but the five-star room price felt about 25% too high. The view was limited, there were no blankets, and the overpriced prosecco came with only potato chips and peanuts.
