The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, and I'd especially recommend the apartment for where it is, with all the main Riviera towns within a 30-minute drive. The house is in a quiet spot and has been kept up well. There's a big kitchen with a double sink, coffee machine, and lots of other amenities, plus a bathroom with a huge shower and two large closets. The bedrooms are bright and have two lovely balconies.

Parking right in front of the apartment was very convenient. It's a clean, newly furnished place in a quiet, green setting in Montegrimano Terme, close to the municipal park and well suited to families with small children. The hosts are warm and hospitable, and the value for money is excellent.

The description was misleading. This isn't a peaceful place surrounded by greenery: it's a row of plain houses beside a busy road, with narrow sidewalks and a shared terrace. I wouldn't recommend it. Check Google Maps, it's right on the road.
