The pool was spotless, with loungers and tables, and since there are only four apartments it never felt crowded. It even stays open in the evening, with underwater lights. Luigi brought breakfast each morning, fresh croissants or pasticciotti and cappuccino or coffee by the pool. Our apartment was really spacious and comfortable, with everything needed for cooking or relaxing. The property sits in peaceful surroundings, about 5 minutes from Manfredonia and 10 minutes from Matina. Vigna Notica and Baia delle Zagare are 15-20 minutes away by car. Luigi made us feel welcome with coffee and fresh figs, then gave us a wealth of tips for beaches, restaurants, towns and hikes. He practically planned our three days in ten minutes. A fantastic place and host, and our Gargano stay was wonderful. We'll be back!

A wonderful place. The owner brought us breakfast and really pampered us. A lovely way to say goodbye.

The owner was very kind and welcoming, and gave us precise suggestions on where to eat and what to see. Sadly, I can't say the same for the apartment. We spent two nights in a ground-floor unit for five, and it was dirty, the bathroom leaked, the mattresses were uncomfortable, and the linens weren't very clean. Breakfast was outside, but the area wasn't very well kept. We won't return, and I'd suggest the owner take another look at several things.

The grounds were very well maintained, and the pool was large, clean and quiet. The villa was beautiful and clean, with lovely mountain and sea views. Our host was sweet and friendly, bringing coffee and pastries in the morning. We managed just one night because the other days were already booked, but we'd love to come back. Definitely recommend a visit!
