Villa Serena Agriturismo

We had a very nice week at your agriturismo, and everything was perfect. Thank you, Francisca, and our team 😍. We’ll remember your warm Italian welcome. The bedroom was quiet, right in front of the swimming pool. Have a good rest now. Thanks again, Véro & David.

It’s a beautiful old villa run by a family, but we didn’t feel well received. The family members were often curt and seemed not very sensitive. We had to pay an entrance fee each time we wanted to use the pool, even though we were staying in one of their rooms, and we were required to wear a hair cap. The breakfast was poor, especially for the room price and for a villa described as a “remarkable” wedding venue. We’ve stayed in much lower-rated hotels and had a much more “real” breakfast. It felt expensive and unsatisfying. The family may be having financial difficulties, given that their underage child works during breakfast time. We don’t recommend it and certainly won’t return.

The antique interior is wonderful, and the garden is kept amazingly clean. Our room was cozy, and the beautiful accommodation and friendly staff made for a very peaceful night. I won’t forget it.

At Villa Serena, the staff made us feel at home as soon as we checked in. They were kind, friendly, and helpful, and sorted out every request, from an electrical adapter and kettle to extra towels and plenty of ice for our drinks. They also gave us knowledgeable, accurate advice about places to eat, a prosecco tasting tour, and beaches to visit. The family-run farmhouse is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and its own vineyard. Our bedroom was clean and air-conditioned, with a lovely little balcony, and the swimming pool was spotless. There was plenty of parking too. We’d recommend this beautiful agriturismo to everyone. A
