Our earth suite was easily the nicest B&B room I've ever stayed in, and the farmhouse has been renovated beautifully. Monica, Dora, Cora, and the other cats made us feel so welcome. Tucked into the hills, it's a magical place to clear your head and relax. Great for visiting the lovely villages of the Marche or heading to the Conero coast for the seaside. ;)

Monica and Massimiliano were warm and lovely, making us feel welcome from the phone call when we booked. Breakfast is a real treat, served with a view and made with fresh products Monica buys each day from local producers. The property is beautiful and so carefully looked after, with stunning views of the Marche countryside and Mount Conero. It's a handy base too: Montecassiano is just 5 minutes away, Loreto and Recanati are 20 minutes away, and Sirolo and its beaches are 40 minutes away. You can reach them by paths through the greenery on foot, or by shuttle bus. Five stars for all of it. We'll come up with a reason to return!

Modern, airy rooms with a fresh contemporary look, plus a library full of books that invites conversation and reflection. It's a quiet place where you can count on rest and peace. The hospitality feels genuine, the service is impeccable, and the sea is nearby. Traditional food and wine are part of the appeal too. A lovely, evocative countryside setting where you can recharge.

Monica deserves the credit for this lovely, peaceful place. The garden is fantastic and the view is wonderful. Everything is furnished with care and attention to detail.
