Corso Roma, 37 - Valente Italian Properties

Right in the center of Montecatini Terme, this apartment has a lovely interior that's surprisingly modern and opens by phone, both at the front door and the apartment itself. Inside there are three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a closet, a big kitchen, and a living room. The exterior gives no hint of how attractive or technologically advanced it is. The location is excellent, and the view from the two balconies is beautiful. With more careful upkeep, it could be much better, so it's worth reconsidering and we'll be back. The apartment was clean enough, but the stairs were shockingly dirty, with stains and dust in the corners. Two bathrooms had no hand soap, one bathroom drawer was broken, and there was no soap at the sink, so the child fell over after tasting the shower. The AC in the room with the bookcase didn't work, and the sun made it very hot. The blankets were old and, although clean, looked dirty. The bed by the bookcase was uncomfortable, and there were two hairs in the sheets.

The apartment is in a charming central spot, with grocery stores only a few minutes away on foot. Chiara made us feel at home straight away, and check-in was flexible and easy. The building may look very old, but inside the apartment is beautiful, spotless, and cared for down to the smallest detail. Highly recommend, 10/10.

A spacious, clean apartment that’s clearly well looked after. It’s in a handy spot for amenities, about five minutes from Montecatini Centro station.

There’s plenty of room here, with three bedrooms, a bathroom, a comfortable large kitchen, and a living room. Everything was clean and tidy.
