A good budget option in Italy. Our room was modern, very clean and had excellent air conditioning. It was cleaned thoroughly every day, with fresh towels. No iron in the room or at reception, so keep that in mind if you need one. We skipped breakfast and dinner, so I can't comment on the food. The staff were helpful and the service was great. There was also private parking at the hotel for 8 euro a night, which seemed reasonable for secure parking for a hire car and cheaper than other options. I'd stay again.

The fresh honeycomb and baked goods at breakfast were a lovely touch. The area was okay, though a few men made us feel a bit odd. It's near the train station, but Florence and other places still take a while to reach. One woman at reception was lovely and helpful; when we left, the man on duty seemed unsure what he was doing, and we were in a rush. The room was fine, a little dated, which I don't mind. The bed was clean but a bit hard, and the bathroom was mostly clean, though the grout needed a better scrub and the shower door was dirty and stained. It was nice overall, just not a 4.5 star hotel.

The food was really tasty, and getting around was easy. Parking was simple too, with paid spaces onsite and free ones just around the corner. Best of all, the staff were outstanding, always friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make us comfortable. An excellent hotel and a wonderful stay.

We found this a lovely base for exploring Tuscany. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were lovely. After a long day in the heat, the pool was a welcome extra, even though it's in a separate building across the road.

The cleaning staff were lovely and helped us when our kids got sick. The buffet staff were really friendly too, and reception were very helpful. Great hotel, I'd happily stay again.
