Birdsong, olive trees, goats, chickens, and dogs all made the countryside feel lovely, and there was a garden and a pool too. We had an incredible stay at the villa. You can see the care in everything, from the room decor to the food served at the table. Our hosts were the best I’ve ever had. Just awesome, and I’d absolutely recommend it. Hope we get to come back someday. 😊✨️🥰
Mia made our weekend at Villa Fonteintanata so easy. She arranged a driver and booked restaurants for us, and went well beyond what we expected. The villa is beautiful and quiet, which made it a wonderful place for a relaxing Tuscan weekend. Highly recommend it if you want a peaceful escape with great support.
We especially enjoyed the private dining, with its fresh local ingredients, and appreciated the focus on sustainability and reuse. The house had everything we needed, including spacious bedrooms, a big living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, the infinity pool and lovely outdoor space were great. The hosts were always around with useful recommendations, and the views and surrounding nature made it easy to relax in total privacy. Volterra, Lucca, and Siena were just a short drive away. We had a fantastic time in this hidden paradise and will definitely be back.
There were 13 of us and 2 dogs, and Mia was great about handling our changing plans and patiently helping us find information on all sorts of things. We had a fantastic stay and would recommend the place to anyone wanting to stay in this part of Tuscany.
The villa is cozy, beautiful, and very private, a lovely spot to relax and recharge with family and friends while enjoying Tuscany. I’ve stayed at Villa Fonteintanata twice, and both times were perfect. Mia is so welcoming and helpful, and she arranged wonderful restaurant experiences, horseback riding, and wine tastings nearby. There’s plenty to do around there, and I can’t recommend the villa enough.
