The room was newly done and clean, but the stay had plenty of downsides. The TV only had three channels, and the shower curtain was a letdown. Breakfast was awful: the croissants were burnt underneath and still raw inside. When we mentioned it, the owner answered rudely. The whole place felt badly organized, and I don't expect to come back. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The owners were lovely and made us feel welcome. We only stayed one night, and when the air conditioning gave us a bit of trouble, they fixed it straight away and were ready to help. The sea is about a five-minute walk away, and breakfast was generous and really good.

A short two-minute walk takes you to the sea, and there's parking at the property. The ladies were very kind, and breakfast was plentiful. Our room had air conditioning, but the TV didn't work. The property itself feels a little dated, though some work could make it top-notch.

We felt so welcome and were treated really well by everyone. The beaches at Agnone are close enough to reach on foot, and Pollica is only a few kilometers away. I'd love to come back soon.
