We had a very pleasant stay, and thanks to Mrs. Debora. Sending a hug from Michele and Valeria, see you soon! The owner was extremely kind, helpful, and always attentive to what we needed, so we felt right at home. The garden outside is beautiful and well kept, a nice place to relax. The property is welcoming and well maintained, in a quiet area that’s handy for getting to the sea or to lovely villages in the Marche region, including Recanati. Our room was clean, with every comfort, including air conditioning and a private bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for peace, courtesy, and relaxation.

The owner is so kind and welcoming, truly TOP. The apartment is beautiful, and I’m not exaggerating, it really is. It’s spotless, spacious, brand new, and welcoming, with attention paid to even the smallest details. Give it a try, you’ll be satisfied.

Being so close to the center of Civitanova Marche, just a 5-minute drive, was handy. My wife, our 9-month-old son, and I stayed at B&B "La Casa di Primo". I felt right at home instead of like a guest, and I’ll definitely come back. A hug and goodbye to Mrs. Debora! The classic "Della Mamma" breakfast had ring cakes, pastries, and more. The rooms are charming and practical, and the bathroom and shower were so clean you could look in the mirror. I also want to praise the owner, Debora, for the love and passion she puts into her work. She’s meticulous, clean, and incredibly sweet.

The location is convenient, near the train station and only a few kilometers from the highway. The recently renovated apartment was spotlessly clean, and the sheets smelled wonderful. The owner was incredibly welcoming and clearly puts her heart and soul into her home.
