A wonderful family feel, and the best place for mushroom dishes.

Try the “Tortelloni ai funghi porcini” or “Tagliolini al Tartufo” if you go for “Pasta Bis.” The menu has plenty of pasta and meat, with a real focus on truffle and porcini. Everything felt lovingly made, with great skill, and the dishes were incredible.

We came as a group of 23, so we had to reserve three months ahead. After all that waiting we were eager to try everything, and it was sooooo delicious. The dishes kept coming, each with its own lovely flavor and that charming tartufo aroma. Be ready to eat a lot, because it’s hard to stop when everything tastes this good.

The tortellone was incredible, and the owner was so generous, bringing me a free appetizer and a glass of wine along with wonderful service. The food and staff were both excellent. It’s a lovely dining room in an old tavern style building right in the center of this sleepy town. Mushrooms are in everything, porcinis, morrels, and more. The local wine by the glass was excellent too. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re in the area.
