They were kind to us, and the setting is lovely, with nature all around. The apartment was a decent size. A few kitchen spots weren't very clean, though, and the towels smelled bad.

Being close to several local wineries made this a handy base for wine tasting. We spent a couple of days here unwinding in the quiet and greenery, with all the comforts we needed. We’ll definitely return!

The bathroom is spacious, but the shower setup doesn't make you want to use it: there's a showerhead and floor drain behind what looks like a camping-style plastic curtain, with no shower tray. We visited in fall, and at least then, the place felt short on style and practical comfort in some ways. Heating also wasn't included in the price quoted and paid through the platforms.

We didn't see the owner, but his mother welcomed us kindly. The old apartment building has lovely apartments, furnished well, and there's a nice pool and garden.
