A really nice little hotel in Montefalco.

A lovely place to get away from the bustle. Right in the medieval heart of Montefalco, arriving feels like stepping back in time, while inside the renovated building blends old and modern really well. The owner was very kind and made room for our needs. Our room was welcoming and super clean, with a calming green landscape. Breakfast was generous and delicious, and the massage service was excellent. Paid parking is nearby, €5 for 24 hours. I highly recommend it.

The spa was the reason we booked, and no one told us it wasn't open. Seeing the photos and imagining that kind of stay, then arriving and finding no spa, was really disappointing. In my opinion, the spa photos should come down and the service should be removed from the listing. It's a shame, because the property and Umbrian village are beautiful, with a lovely room, stunning views and a great location. At the moment it's just a regular B&B in a good spot, and it feels very poorly managed.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, quiet and very comfortable, and the owner was welcoming and helpful with suggestions for places to eat or taste. You're right in central Montefalco, with paid parking just a few meters away, €5 for 24 hours. Recommended!

We'd definitely come back. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, and breakfast was generous and high quality. A beautiful stay in a quiet, elegant, refined setting. Highly recommended! 😁
