My trip became physically impossible when ITA Airways canceled my flight. I supplied official proof, but the hotel still refused to work with me and said I had to “bear the loss” myself. I was shocked by how little humanity they showed. A transport failure is outside a guest’s control, and I’d expect professional hosts to understand that. This place showed no empathy. Don’t book here. Save your money for somewhere with better service and ethics.

Breakfast was the highlight, with fresh pastries, coffee, and a lovely omelet made with a fresh garden tomato. The rooms are spacious and had what we needed, and Villa mustafa is very close to town. Paola was so warm and patient, always making an effort to connect with us despite the language barrier. She did great, and her mother was a joy too. This place is an absolute gem. Highly recommend it if you’re staying in Montefalco!

Paola made our two nights at Villa Mustafa unforgettable. Her cooking meant an incredible breakfast each morning, and her kindness and genuine care made us feel like we were visiting family. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Our room had a breathtaking view, and the décor made it feel stylish and comfortable. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Just got back from Villa Mustafa. The place and Paola are simply magical! If you want to relax, feel at home, and stay close to major points of interest, don’t hesitate. This is the place!

We really enjoyed relaxing in the lovely garden after sightseeing. Our room, Grana, was large and bright. Breakfast in the garden was very nice too, especially the great omelettes and fresh fruit salad.
