The cabin itself was the weak point, especially for the price. Its layout and furnishings don’t feel well thought out, and the hardware and interior quality fell below expectations. The bed was extremely small and uncomfortable for two adults. At night, the bright blue light from the air-conditioning control panel was disturbing, and there was no bedside table or nearby surface for personal things. The sink area was tiny, with too little room, especially for doing makeup. Slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste weren’t provided. The rest of the stay was very good. The wooden cabin’s surroundings are beautiful and private, and the staff were kind and professional. They personally showed us the room and explained the facilities. The spa, thermal pools, sauna and swimming pools were excellent as always. Compared with other local thermal spas, the facilities are newer, bigger and offer more variety. Breakfast was another highlight. You can have it delivered to the room at 9 a.m., a lovely touch, or choose the wider selection of sweet and savory items in the restaurant. Service throughout the stay was outstanding.

The sauna and spa look stylish, but the facilities are very basic. The changing rooms are tiny and the layout can’t comfortably fit more than three people changing at once. With 50 lockers, it gets crowded, and there’s nowhere to put clothes. Overall, it’s a low-range sauna at a premium price. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I didn’t have a good experience here tonight. The staff member in charge of the dry sauna made me feel unwelcome and even made me leave the sauna. Reception didn’t seem sorry about how they behaved, so I don’t think I’ll come back. Still, not everyone there was like that, and there were some good points too.

The garden was lovely even with rain, and the sauna was clean with a pleasant view. We came for a spa day feeling worn out and jet lagged, and the day pass seemed like great value. Everyone we met was so welcoming and attentive, especially since we were visiting from abroad. Julia gave me a wonderful massage. I couldn't explain in Italian just how good it was. The restaurant and bar staff were kind too, and had great suggestions. A perfect day.

I booked a Day Spa visit for my mother and me as her birthday present, and she had such a good time being pampered by everything the Terme has to offer. She especially loved the massage and treatments with Martina, who, in her words, “treated her like a queen.” Thanks to the lovely staff!
