The owners made us feel welcome and were kind whenever we needed help. The location is handy for getting to what you need, and the property itself is beautiful, with clean, tidy rooms and well-kept indoor and outdoor areas. Everything was nicely furnished. Highly recommended!

That breakfast was something else: a generous buffet with homemade sweets and other treats, plus fresh fruit picked from the garden. The owner made our drinks herself, and the cappuccino was excellent. The house is spacious and laid out well, and our spotless, well-furnished room stayed cool even in the heat. The owners were lovely and always ready to help. The garden is lush and so well looked after that you notice it as soon as you walk through the gate. We had a wonderful stay. We'll be back this summer. A special hello to little Elisa, see you soon!

We had a really lovely stay at B&B del Carretto from August 11th until today, and have just left. The rooms are very spacious, the bathrooms brand new, and the villa is beautiful, clean, and well furnished. Mr. Alessandro and his wife were so hospitable that we felt right at home. There's even a washing machine you can use. Soverato is only a few minutes away. I highly recommend it!

After the bad experience we had this summer, the B&B was such a welcome change. The owner was kind and helpful, and the place had lovely decor, comfortable rooms, and excellent cleanliness. We were greeted so warmly. We'll be back!

August 2018: We only had a short stay, which is a shame because my husband and I had a wonderful time. The villa was spotless, and the owners were friendly and always helpful. It's also a good base for exploring central Catanzaro and Reggio Calabria. I'd definitely recommend it.
