Residence Borgo da Mare

A lovely old building in a great spot.

The owner's a delight, and our room was beautiful and very clean. It's an excellent location for getting to the beach quickly. The place itself is truly charming, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing break away from the city bustle.

The pool was beautiful, and the property was very clean. We had a wonderful two-night stay at the residence. Enzo, the owner, is warm and incredibly kind, and gave us great advice. The staff were all very friendly. Since we'd come by motorcycle, we also appreciated the laundry room. There are plenty of indoor games for bad weather, including a big pool table. Best wishes to Enzo, Alessia, and Valentina.

Our studio was unusually spacious and clean, with lots of character: stone walls, terracotta floors, and cross-vaulted ceilings. It had all the comforts we needed, including air conditioning, a kitchenette, a comfortable bed, and a roomy bathroom with a comfortable shower. We stayed at Borgo da Mare from July 7th to 12th, and the easy access to the studio, pool, bar, and relaxation areas worked well for our family of three, including our 10-year-old disabled child. There was a disabled parking space right by the entrance. The shared ground-floor areas are lovely, especially the billiards and reading rooms, and the outdoor pool has a whirlpool tub. You can relax in the sun or have an aperitif by the pool with a view of the Marche hills. The breakfast tables at the bar have the same lovely view. We chose the property partly because of its excellent reviews, and can confirm it's beautiful. Enzo, the owner, leads a friendly, welcoming staff and is professional, approachable, and always ready to answer questions. We didn't have time to try the electric bike rental for visiting nearby villages. It was a dream stay, and we'd definitely return if we get the chance.
