The apartment was warm even during our December stay, completely new, and finished with care in every detail. It’s a real little gem in Montepulciano’s historic center, about five minutes on foot from the main sights. Mrs. Elisabetta took care of us from the time we booked and accommodated all our needs. I’ll carry this stay in my heart and would definitely return. Thank you for everything, Elisabetta. You were wonderful in every way, and I hope I can come back soon.

We had a friendly welcome and reserved guest parking nearby. The apartment is in an old stone building, with two apartments on the first floor. Ours had a spacious kitchen, bedroom, living room with TV and a double sofa bed, plus two bathrooms. It was well furnished, practical, and fully equipped. The heating worked well and could be adjusted, which mattered in the cold December weather. The room with the sofa bed did stay a little cooler than the rest. The location is right in the heart of Montepulciano, opposite the castle and at the corner of the main street leading to Piazza Grande.

Mrs. Anna was kind and very helpful. The apartment is close to the Duomo, and the private parking is conveniently about 150 meters away. It was spacious and clean, with two bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. We even found coffee, sugar, salt, and several condiments. A very nice place.

At Christmas the property gave me a parking permit, but the space I was meant to use was taken up by Christmas stands. They told me to park on the street and said the permit meant I wouldn’t have any trouble. Two weeks later I got a 90 euro fine because the permit they issued had not been reported to the municipality. I paid the tourist tax as usual and am still waiting to hear back from the property. My stay is over.
