The location in town is good, the building is fine, and the rooms are large. But there’s no parking at the property. You have to haul your luggage from a lot outside town, up four blocks of very steep streets, so make sure that’s manageable before booking. The manager was extremely aggressive and uncooperative. He wouldn’t discuss or reason things through, and resorted to profanity in broken English. He also didn’t answer calls from us or Expedia, because there was no cancellation or refund as promised. The property itself is okay, but I’d avoid it because of the rude, abusive manager.

Amadeo went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed. When we arrived, he retrieved and parked our car, then shared suggestions for places to visit. The town’s heart is a perfect location, and he couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we added another day.

We'd happily stay here again. The room was large, lovely, and very clean, and the owner was super friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. The location right in the heart of town is amazing.

The street gets noisy from 5 in the morning, so we were woken up rather abruptly. Apart from that, the managers were really kind and attentive to helping guests. The historic center location is excellent, and having the permit and parking for the ZTL was very convenient.
