A clean, homely place to stay, with a parking spot included. The front desk staff were very friendly.

The room and bathroom matched the photos on the website, and we were given a tasty red wine as an unexpected compliment. We stayed on May 8. Honestly, we weren't expecting much, but we didn't regret choosing this hotel, especially since nearby places were hard to find at the time. The receptionist was a woman whose name I unfortunately forgot, and she tried to help with all our questions. We had some food and wanted dinner, so she set a table and brought the utensils we needed. It felt homely, which is hard to find in chain hotels these days. If you're unsure about staying here while travelling in Toscana, I'd recommend it.

We had a late arrival, around 11:30 pm, after emailing ahead to say we'd be past check-in time. The hotel replied promptly and told us to take our time and enjoy the drive through Tuscany. When we got there, we were greeted with big smiles and a warm welcome. Breakfast had lots of tasty options, and there's free shaded parking too. We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Marvin and highly recommend it.

We had a really enjoyable stay, with great conditions and a nice surprise waiting in the room. It's close to Montepulciano, and the staff member we spoke with was kind, helpful, and happy to answer our questions. Thanks again for the help. We highly recommend this place. GRAZIE!!
