The fresh, delicious breakfast was included, and our room was incredible. We loved the town and never wanted to leave Palazzo Carletti. Our host Federica and her assistant Veronica were so accommodating. I can't say enough good things about our stay, and highly recommend staying here if you visit Montepulciano.

Federica looked after us so well, greeting us warmly, sharing helpful information, and making sure we had everything we needed. Each morning she made a delicious little cake to go with our lovely breakfast of eggs, cheese, meat, and whatever else we wanted. The room was gorgeous, luxurious, and comfortable, with a steam room, huge tub, and soft, lovely bedding. Probably the best hotel stay I've ever had. A truly magical place, we felt like kings!

The view of Tuscany from the porch off our suite was amazing, and we enjoyed having coffee there. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms had nice amenities like shampoos, soaps, and a fridge. Palazzo Carletti is a wonderful hotel experience. The suites are gorgeous and beautifully decorated, and the photos really don't do the place justice.
