Irene made the tasting such a pleasure. She was delightful and knew the wines well, and the pours were very generous. My daughter and I especially liked the Nobile. We also had a robust, delicious picnic lunch outside in the vineyard. Podere Casanova is a 1000/10, with a beautiful location and tasting room. The wines are very good, and it’s well worth the price. Highly recommend.

We booked the tour at their shop in town, and transport was provided. Sophia led the tour, joined by winemaker Micko, and both were passionate about their work. It cost 11 euro each, which felt super cheap for about 45 minutes of touring followed by an hour of tasting. Fantastic value, and the best thing we did in Tuscany. Highly recommend.

Dinner came with four courses and standard pours of four different wines. Before that, we took a short vineyard tour, tasted Sangiovese grapes, and saw the fermenting area and oak cask aging cellar. Our host Sofia was friendly and knew a lot about the winery and the wines she served. We booked through Get Your Guide, and the whole experience took just over 3 1/2 hours. Well worth the cost.

The lunch was super tasty, and our host was excellent. We had an amazing wine tasting with it, especially enjoying the sparkling wine and lasagne. Definitely recommend.

Alessandro paired four glasses of wine with a four-course lunch, and everything was spectacular. We had a fantastic time on the tour and tasting. Highly recommend a visit during your trip to Tuscany!
