The host was incredibly kind, attentive, and hardworking. You can tell how much care he puts into the property. The apartments were cozy and spotless, with stunning views over the Montepulciano hills, and the peaceful atmosphere made it ideal for a relaxing stay. The pool is small, but well maintained and refreshing. It’s also a handy base for exploring Tuscany, with Pienza, Montepulciano, and the Val d’Orcia only a short drive away. A wonderful stay in the heart of Tuscany, highly recommended!

The area is sensational, and the apartment has a breathtaking view. The owner is the kindest man in Italy. Everything was superior.

Raphael made such a difference to our stay. He was lovely, offered great local advice, and tried to fix any problems straight away. I’d return just to see him again. Raphael, thank you for everything. The pool was honestly great, there was plenty of parking, and the kids had a play area. We also made use of the BBQ area and the really good WiFi. We stayed a week with the family in one of the smaller ground-floor rooms. It was traditional and lovely, with a full kitchen, a nice bathroom, and a comfortable sofa bed. The main bed felt a little hard to me, though that’s personal preference. We could hear people upstairs from the bottom floor, but when we told Raphael, he did his best to sort it out. It’s a great base for touring Tuscany, but you will need a car.

The area is beautiful, and the rooms have everything you need. The pool was clean and great, and the kids didn’t want to leave. A perfect family place, especially with Rafael’s extraordinary hospitality as the owner.
