The farm and gardens are stunning, and the studio was a favorite of mine, with its lovely wood floors and cozy, warm, well-equipped feel. The whole property is rustic, comfortable, and elegant. Ebbio and its team were remarkable hosts. Our group of 12 was welcomed and looked after with a warmth and ease I haven't experienced in all my years hosting retreats. We felt we'd found a real Tuscan treasure, and we're already talking about coming back.

We had an amazing time making pasta, and we're already planning to return for another retreat. The food was wonderful, and the staff were kind and friendly. The house and its decor are beautiful, and the place feels almost magical. Its location is perfect, just an hour from Florence.

The people here were so welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. I loved how peaceful the property felt during my week at Ebbio. It was everything I hoped for from a Tuscan experience, and more. Thank you!

The views are spectacular, and the landscape around this beautiful 13th-century Tuscan property is stunning. Sibilla and her staff made us feel so welcome. The food was truly delicious. I'd highly recommend staying here for a getaway.

My roommate and I had the master bedroom, and it was gloriously spacious. I loved the food, especially the dishes I'd never tried before. I was sometimes hesitant, but they never let me down. And that spelt bread! There are more things I want to mention, but I'm running out of room. Ebbio felt like a magical place. Thank you!
