2/10
The convenient part is the location, just a few minutes' drive from Siena, and the fenced hotel parking is excellent, always accessible and covered by cameras for guest safety. But check-in was extremely disappointing. The receptionist was rude and aggressive, and the service deserves less than the one star I gave it. It made for a thoroughly negative guest experience. I’ll be telling my friends to avoid this hotel completely.

10/10
Breakfast had plenty of variety, with fruit, pastries, cheeses and cured meats. The private parking lot is large, and the reception staff were very friendly. Great value for money.

10/10
Simone helped us from reception through to breakfast and was welcoming and helpful throughout. Our room was quiet and very comfortable, with an excellent bed and all the amenities. There’s a spacious private parking lot, and breakfast was generous, with fresh, varied items. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

8/10
It’s well located for getting to Siena, with free parking and an excellent breakfast. The rooms were clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff friendly. The bathroom soap was limited, just enough for a shower, and loud conversations outside can be noisy. Still, a good hotel.

6/10
The room and facilities were clean, but the lighting in the room was poor. In the room for three, the bathroom layout was questionable: the shower was between the toilet and bidet, with only a towel and a shallow slope.
