Marco clearly cares about his work and went above and beyond. He tracked my train, met me just outside the property, gave personal recommendations, and made it easy to contact him. I didn’t need anything else because everything was already so well arranged. His useful, charming guestbook and Canva website, with his own impressive photos, helped a lot during my vacation. I stayed in the front room in early to mid-May. There was some occasional tourist noise from the street, but mostly I heard the musical sound of the waves. The room was very comfortable and gleamingly clean, and I loved the ocean view. When it rained one morning, I could admire the sea from bed. The location was perfect, five minutes on a flat walk from the station, one minute from Il Gigante and the beach, and one minute from food. It’s a three-floor walk-up. I’d absolutely stay again and recommend it to all my friends.

Marco made our stay feel perfect, and he’s a real asset to the business. It was lovely meeting him, and we’re so grateful for all his hospitality. Our room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The shared spaces were even nicer than the photos. It was everything we’d hoped for.

Marco was a huge help throughout our stay. We were two couples looking for a shared spot to have a drink together, and the patio and lounge were just right. The patio had such a lovely view, with the beach only steps away. The rooms were excellent, very clean, and had comfy beds. Complimentary tea and coffee were a nice touch.

The place stayed pretty quiet, and we slept really well. Our room was modern, clean, and had everything we needed. Marco checked us in and was wonderful, with plenty of information to share. The location is perfect, opposite the beach, close to lots of places to eat, and an easy, short walk from the train station. Highly recommend staying here.
