Hotel Palme made our Monterosso stay better than we'd hoped. We could walk to the beach, restaurants, and train station, while the hotel itself was tucked away enough to stay peaceful. Our room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent every morning, with fresh choices and plenty of variety. The bar was fantastic too. Nana was so warm, and her limoncello spritz became our favorite drink of the trip. The staff were the best we've ever encountered, friendly, professional, and ready to help. Management went above and beyond, with an attention to detail we noticed and appreciated. We can't recommend Hotel Palme enough.

The rooms were basic, but just right for us, and the location was convenient for restaurants and the train station. The Cinqua Terra trailhead is about 10 minutes away. What really made the stay was how genuinely nice, welcoming, and kind the staff were. We enjoyed our time here and would come back for them.

We were very satisfied with everything during our five-day stay. Breakfast was included and served in a large, cozy garden where we could relax quietly. The location made it easy to reach everything, and there was a private parking area that was very convenient. Staff were extremely kind and helpful. Our room was very clean, cleaned every day, and towels were changed regularly. Reception was open 24 hours. Highly recommended!

That balcony room was perfect for us, and the hotel’s location was great too. Our room was clean, and the service was a full 10 out of 10. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

It’s only a few minutes from the beach, and our room was comfortable and clean. They even gave us a better room than the one we’d booked. My husband asked them a million questions, and the staff stayed so kind and helpful through it all. They really couldn’t have been nicer.
