We slept well, even though the bed was a bit hard, and were glad to have air conditioning. The room was very clean but quite dated and really needs a refresh. The location is fantastic for visiting and admiring the Cinque Terre. Reception gave us a very warm welcome and communicated clearly in English. The hotel has a pool and a restaurant/bar that looked appealing, though we didn’t try either. Breakfast got repetitive, and after three days we were tired of it. The breakfast staff spoke poor English and seemed a little cold.

The people who work here made it a first rate experience. During our four days, the place felt like home. A super nice stay in Cinque Terre.

We got great value for what we paid, and I’d recommend the hotel to others visiting the area. It’s less than a 10 minute walk from the train station, with an amazing location and a gorgeous view of Monterosso. Our room was clean and well kept. The staff were kind and accommodating to English speakers, and breakfast was delicious with a good selection of fruit. I’d come back if I stay in the area again.

The beaches are close, and the location is perfect. The room was beautiful and breakfast was incredible. I’ve been to Italia, and this was the best. I recommend it 100%.

The staff were really pleasant, and the coffee and tea at breakfast were prepared for you rather than coming from a machine. Everything was well above what I’d expect from a three star hotel.
