Marco personally welcomed us and took care of every possible need. He helped us make and change reservations, and even arranged a shuttle pickup to an amazing restaurant high above Monterosso. If you want your own concierge for anything in Monterosso and Cinque Terre, look no further. We stayed at Al Mare, around the corner and right on the beachfront. The rooms were spectacular, clean, and perfect, with an amazing view. There’s nothing like waking and falling asleep to the sound of the waves. I can’t wait to come back, hopefully at this same time next year!
Marco was an excellent host and gave us lots of advice. We were in a great location in Monterosso, and the room was super clean with a nice balcony and everything we needed. The bathroom was really nice, there was hot water, and we had A/C 😊
Marco was ever so helpful and had loads of recommendations for hiking and places to eat. The lovely, clean room had a balcony and was great value for Monterosso. It’s in a good spot in the new part of town, just a 5-10 minute walk from the train station. We really enjoyed our stay!
Marco was friendly and helpful, and gave us good information about restaurants, activities, hiking, and more. They also let us leave our luggage at the office after checkout, which was really convenient. The place was clean and comfortable, with a lovely large patio. We liked the location, a short walk from the train station and close to the beach on the quiet end of town. We had a wonderful stay in Monterosso and would stay there again. Thanks!
The bed was my only complaint. It was two twin mattresses pushed together, and the springs jabbed me in the back. The people working there were really helpful after hours, though, and came down as quickly as possible when my mom locked her key in the room. The location was great, within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and train station. A small grocery store on the next street made it easy to stock the room with a few things. The room was nice, with a huge patio, a little table and chairs, and a couple of lounge chairs. The electric retractable awning was great for stargazing at night, and the shower was really nice. We had a very nice stay.
