The place was fine, and I do understand the old “when in Rome” idea. Still, I made the egregious mistake of walking into the sacred breakfast area before it opened at 8 am, looking for just one cup of coffee at 7:30 am. That did not go well 😂 I'll leave it there. I'd suggest having a pot of coffee ready somewhere in the house by 7 am. Those of us who aren't on the Cinque Terre program might appreciate it.

A comfortable, air-conditioned room and tea and coffee available on the terrace all day made the stay easy. The small hotel has welcoming staff and a lovely continental breakfast, including coffee made to order. I'd recommend staying here as part of a Cinque Terre visit.

The staff were so helpful with recommendations, and even offered to mail back a piece of jewelry I accidentally left behind after checking out. The hotel is quaint and very well located, and both the service and breakfast were fantastic. I can't recommend it enough!

We spent two nights here with my partner, right in the middle of the old town and close to everything. Sitting on the terrace, which is directly over the pedestrian street, you can really take in the city atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the place was clean and well looked after. Try their fruit bowl at breakfast!

Our two-story room had lots of space and air conditioning. The owner made us a delicious fruit bowl every morning for breakfast, and there was an ice maker on the terrace, perfect for Americans :) The hotel is right in the middle of town, less than a 10 minute walk from the beach and train station. There are loads of delicious restaurants around, but it was still quiet at night. Highly recommend it.
